Download Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11) ISO, DMG disk installation for free. Mac OS X 10.4 surprised Microsoft's top officials offering a number of features like Quick File Search and Improved Graphics, that Microsoft has spent several years struggling to add windows with acceptable performance.
hello,
I hope this is in the correct forum. Here is my dilemma: I have a MacBook pro, 13', and it came with the Mac OS X installation disk 1. I installed the software and started running it. After a few months playing with my computer and testing out it's gaming capabilities ( and using it for school) i decided to install a windows XP software via boot camp for gaming purposes, but i have misplaced my Mac OS X installation disk! My question is: Can I contact apple and get sent a new installation disk for free, or must I purchase the snow leopard? And if I purchase Snow leopard, will it be the same as the installation disk that came with my mac? Please help as I wish to not pay for the new installation disk..( I know i'm cheap 🙂 ) ![]()

From Apple: Startup 9.2.1 repairs problems that may occur when Mac OS 9.1 and Mac OS X are on the same partition and a version earlier than Startup 9.2 has been used. The Utilities folder on the Mac OS X CD contains Startup Disk version 9.2, the control panel you use to select the startup disk for your computer.
You need to use this version of Startup Disk to select a Mac OS X disk as your startup disk.
Important If you start Classic after installing Mac OS X, Classic installs this version of Startup Disk in the Mac OS 9.1 System Folder it uses.
